The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies by building strong relationships with corporate partners, CSR foundations, institutional donors, and grant-making organizations. The role focuses on securing funding, managing donor relationships, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring successful implementation of funded projects.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve organizational funding goals.
Identify and pursue new funding opportunities from CSR, corporate foundations, trusts, institutional donors, and grant-making agencies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective donors and funding partners.
Develop long-term relationships with corporate CSR teams and philanthropic organizations.
Build strategic partnerships with corporate organizations under CSR initiatives.
Manage end-to-end CSR engagement from prospecting to project closure.
Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, conferences, and CSR forums.
Collaborate with internal teams to align donor interests with organizational programs.
Lead the preparation of high-quality concept notes, proposals, grant applications, and funding presentations.
Coordinate with program teams to prepare project budgets, implementation plans, and donor reports.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance documentation.
Monitor proposal conversion and funding success rates.
Maintain strong communication with existing donors and corporate partners.
Organize donor meetings, project visits, review sessions, and impact presentations.
Ensure timely submission of utilization reports, progress reports, and impact assessments.
Enhance donor engagement and retention through regular communication.
Monitor implementation of funded projects in coordination with program teams.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and reporting timelines.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.
Support impact measurement and documentation of project outcomes.
Monitor CSR trends, government policies, and funding opportunities.
Build and maintain networks within India's CSR and ESG ecosystem.
Represent the organization at industry events and donor engagement forums.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Business Administration (MBA), Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related discipline.
Certification in Fundraising or CSR Management will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in securing CSR partnerships and grants.
Strong network within India's CSR, ESG, and philanthropic ecosystem.
Excellent proposal writing and grant documentation skills.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple fundraising opportunities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for donor meetings and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working with CSR-funded projects.
Exposure to healthcare, rehabilitation, disability inclusion, education, or community development.
Knowledge of CSR regulations, Schedule VII, and impact reporting.
Experience in donor relationship management and institutional fundraising.
