Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues.
- Install and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Perform operating system installation, software installation, and system upgrades.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems (preferred).
- Maintain service reports and update job status.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely service completion.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and software configuration.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits when required.
