Senior Merchandiser – Tiruppur
Location: RM Complex, opposite collector office, Palladam road, Tiruppur.
Nap Chief is looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage end-to-end garment merchandising, coordinate with vendors and production teams, and ensure timely execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete merchandising cycle from order confirmation to shipment.
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on sampling, production, approvals, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Source and handle fabrics, coordinate with fabric mills, and ensure timely fabric procurement and quality compliance.
- Track order progress, maintain reports, and resolve production-related issues proactively.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably in knitwear/apparel.
- Strong knowledge of fabric sourcing, garment production, and vendor management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work in a fast-paced environment.
