Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Tester - ServiceNow HRSD knowledge, Lifecycle Events Testing, ATF, Integration testing
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with using APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Knowledge of release management processes and best practices for software as a service applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bangalore office.
