We are looking for a passionate and skilled Photography Faculty to join our team and train students in both the technical and creative aspects of still photography.
Role Overview
The role involves teaching camera fundamentals to advanced image production across fashion, product, and editorial photography, while mentoring students to build strong professional portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Teach camera operations, exposure triangle, lighting techniques, and composition principles
Conduct practical sessions in studio lighting, natural light, product, fashion, and portrait photography
Train students in post-production workflows using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
Guide students through complete project workflows: concept, mood boards, shoot planning, execution, and portfolio development
Mentor students and evaluate their creative and technical growth
Requirements
Strong command of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio lighting equipment
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
A strong portfolio showcasing technical expertise and creative work (fashion/product/editorial preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of industry or teaching experience
Good communication and mentoring skills

Core: Adobe Lightroom Classic, Adobe Photoshop
Optional: Capture One, Adobe Bridge, DxO PhotoLab
Workflow Tools: EOS Utility / Sony Imaging Edge, Adobe Camera Raw
Basic Tools: Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush
