Position Summary :
Learning and Organization Development
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, implement and administer development and training programs for employees. The role
holder will also act as liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership and facilitates initiatives across
the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading various live projects across Learning, Organizational Development, Employee
Engagement, Employer Branding and Diversity and Inclusion.
- Helping the organization meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning
& development programs in line with business needs and priorities
- Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current
business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development
- Conducting organisational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all
employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
- Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to
coordinate and organise training sessions
- Assessing the success of development plans and helping employees make the most of learning
opportunities
- Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or
deliver learning solutions where applicable
- Championing culture of organization through leadership communication platforms and branding
initiatives
- Driving positive culture of diversity and inclusion through initiatives for Women employees and
other groups.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years proven experience in L&OD, Training or similar roles. Experience in delivering
trainings is a strong plus
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent in business communication, interpersonal skills, project and stakeholder
management; sharp business acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to conceptualize and drive OD interventions independently
- Masters’ in Business, Psychology or a related field

- Full-Time role
- Location : Mumbai
- 50% Remote: hybrid model of Work From Home + Work From Office ( for now)
