We are looking for a highly skilled AI Head to lead the design, development and deployment of AI driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate should be a hands on technical leader with strong coding expertise who can architect AI systems, mentor developers and build scalable AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AI team and define the company's AI roadmap.
- Design, develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Write, review and optimize production quality code.
- Build AI applications, chatbots, AI agents and automation workflows.
- Develop and integrate APIs and AI models into products.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams.
- Ensure code quality, security, scalability and performance.
- Mentor developers and establish coding and AI best practices.
- Evaluate and implement the latest AI technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.
- Above 3 years of software development experience
- Strong hands on coding experience is mandatory.
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP, LangChain/LlamaIndex and AI model integration.
- Experience building scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
