Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Set up machines before production runs and perform changeovers when required.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or safety concerns to the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and quality reports.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
- Meet daily production targets while minimizing waste.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing or production machinery (freshers may be considered for trainee roles).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read work instructions and production documents.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

Physical Requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
