Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to engage with both potential and existing customers, generate leads, explain our products and services, and foster strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Professionally handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Clearly explain the company's products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers about inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM/software.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Pay: ₹8,858.84 - ₹19,058.13 per month
