Urgent requirement - Guest Relation Executive / Sales Executive
- Should have 1yr or more experience in front office of hotel industry.
- Should have IDS software knowledge
- Hotel experience is MUST
- Checking guests in and out.
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
- Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
- Actively promote and sell banquet packages and event spaces
- Generate leads for bulk room bookings (corporate/group bookings)
- Coordinate with sales and operations team for closures
- Upsell hotel services, rooms, and ongoing offers to maximize revenue
