- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable tiles, sanitary ware, and related products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, designs, sizes, finishes, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
- Build a positive shopping experience and help customers finalize their purchase.
- Coordinate with the billing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, product displays, and overall presentation.
- Follow up with customers when required and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Previous experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or the tiles/sanitary industry is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
