Role: Assistant Account Manager – Bench Sales & US Staffing

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage a combination of US Bench Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US staffing processes, bench sales marketing, client/vendor management, and recruitment lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to direct clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Manage consultant placements and maintain high utilization rates.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Support account management activities and staffing delivery.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of US staffing terms, visa types, and tax classifications (W2, C2C, 1099).
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in US Staffing and Bench Sales.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with ATS tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and vendor networks.
Preferred
- Experience with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
- Established vendor and client network in the US staffing market.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
