Job Title: Store Incharge
Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi NCR
Job Summary
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing warehouse and store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely receipt and dispatch of goods, proper stock rotation, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The role focuses on ensuring product availability while minimizing stock losses and maintaining efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store and warehouse activities.
- Receive finished goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage of FMCG products according to company and quality standards.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory practices.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Manage inward and outward material movement, ensuring timely dispatches.
- Track damaged, expired, and slow-moving inventory and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Lead and supervise store assistants, warehouse staff, and forklift operators.
Required Skills
- Inventory and warehouse management.
- FMCG stock handling and storage practices.
- ERP software knowledge (Tally, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Experience with inventory management software and warehouse processes.
