Job Description
We are a well-established B2B Manufacturing Company looking for an experienced Event Coordinator with strong Canva and Graphic Design skills to join our Marketing team.
This is a unique role that combines Event Management with Creative Design for all company events and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end planning and execution of B2B events such as trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets, customer meets, and corporate conferences.
- Handling complete event logistics – venue, vendors, budget, invitations, registrations, and on-site management.
- Designing all event collaterals using Canva – banners, backdrops, standees, invitations, brochures, posters, emailers, and social media creatives.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all event materials.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Production, Leadership) and external vendors.
- Managing pre & post-event activities including feedback and ROI reporting.
- Creating high-quality visual content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and presentations.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Event Coordination + Graphic Design.
- Strong expertise in Canva is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Graphic Design principles (typography, layout, branding).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Experience in B2B Manufacturing / Industrial sector will be a big advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or equivalent.
