Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Telecaller to manage customer communication, support membership initiatives, and strengthen client relationships. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience through regular follow-ups, lead management, membership renewals, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using assigned databases.
● Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
● Follow up with leads, inactive customers, and membership holders.
● Promote The Laundry House's membership plans, offers, and premium garment care services.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve engagement and retention.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and service updates.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the CRM or reporting system.
● Assist in executing customer engagement campaigns, promotional activities, and membership initiatives.
● Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
● Ensure every customer interaction reflects The Laundry House's premium service standards and brand values.
Execution Scope
Client Communication
● Engage with customers to provide service updates, resolve queries, collect feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
Relationship Management
● Build long-term relationships with customers and members through regular communication and proactive follow-ups.
Membership & Customer Revival
● Reach out to inactive customers and expired members to encourage re-engagement and membership renewals.
Documentation & Reporting
● Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, follow-up trackers, and daily activity reports.
Brand Representation
● Represent The Laundry House professionally in every customer interaction while delivering a premium service experience.
Skills & Requirements
● Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
● Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
● Good organisational and multitasking skills.
● Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
● Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
● Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
● Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
● Graduate preferred.
● Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹8,519.12 - ₹15,000.00 per month
