We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Spanish Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Spanish language training sessions, conducting assessments, and providing personalized feedback to learners. A passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and impactful learning environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive Spanish language training sessions.
- Design and conduct mock tests to evaluate learners’ proficiency levels.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve learner performance.
- Offer personalized guidance and support to address individual learning needs.
- Implement effective systems to monitor, track, and report learner progress.
- Foster an engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with broader learning goals.
- Manage training schedules and ensure timely completion of training modules.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Spanish language training or equivalent qualification (DELE B2/C1 or similar preferred).
- Proven experience as a Spanish Trainer or in a similar instructional role.
- Excellent command of both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
