We are looking for passionate and motivated Academic Counselors to guide students, parents, and education partners in choosing the right learning solutions offered through GladOwl’s partner institutions and services. This role combines counseling, lead conversion, relationship management, and academic advisory support.
Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on courses, academic programs, universities, and career pathways based on their interests, profile, and goals.

Convert walk-ins, inbound leads (calls/emails/social media) and enquiries into successful applications and enrolment.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner institutions, course offerings, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.

Guide students through the end-to-end application and admission process, ensuring a smooth experience.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly counseling, application, and admission targets.

Accurately record all counseling interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM (Zoho/other tools).

Participate in education fairs, school/college events, webinars, and promotional activities to connect with prospective students.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams by sharing insights on student queries, behavior, and engagement to improve campaigns and communication.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Experience: We are looking for professionals across all experience levels in the Counseling category, with a hands on experience in student counseling, academic advisory, inside sales, or education services.
Skills & Competencies

Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, universities, or educational consultancies is preferred.

Ability to understand student profiles and academic requirements and guide them effectively.
