Title: Sales Executive – Cement Industry
District: Kamrup Rural
Location: Suwalkuchi
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the cement or construction materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong dealer and distributor networks, and expanding market share in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for cement products
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit cycles
- Conduct site visits and provide product recommendations to clients
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- 1–2 years of experience in cement / construction materials sales
- Strong knowledge of local market and dealer network
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with cement brands or distributors
- Existing network of builders, contractors, and retailers
- Familiarity with territory sales and fieldwork

Salary & Benefits:
