Qualification:
B.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Sc. Chemical Science
CIPET (Plastic Technology / Plastic Processing)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product testing as per quality standards.
- Operate laboratory instruments such as MFI, FPV, Moisture Analyzer, Spectrophotometer, and other testing equipment.
- Maintain test records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Collect and test production samples as per SOP.
- Coordinate with production and R&D teams regarding quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, calibration records, and sample retention records.
- Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare daily quality reports and maintain registers.
