Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Trainer & Developer who can both develop real-time applications and train students. The role requires strong technical skills along with the ability to teach concepts clearly and guide learners through practical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Development
- Build and maintain full stack web applications
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Work on frontend and backend technologies
- Handle debugging, testing, and deployment
Training
- Deliver training on Full Stack technologies
- Teach through real-time projects and assignments
- Mentor students and support their project development
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks: React / Angular / Vue.js
- Backend development using Node.js / Python (Django) / Java / PHP
- Database knowledge: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Experience with REST APIs
- Version control using Git & GitHub
- Strong understanding of responsive web design
- Deployment knowledge (cloud or hosting platforms)
Preferred Technical Expertise
- MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or Python Django Stack
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Exposure to Generative AI tools and AI-assisted coding platforms (e.g., Replit, Cursor, Codex, Claude)
- Practical, project-based development experience
Additional Preferred Skills
- Candidates with experience in AI-assisted development, UI/UX design, software testing, and modern coding tools (vibe coding) will be preferred
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / BCA)
- Master’s degree (MCA / M.Tech) is an added advantage
Training & Teaching Skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear manner
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Prior training or teaching experience (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in full stack development
- Training or teaching experience preferred
- Good communication skills are mandatory
