Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, translating those into technical specifications, and overseeing the development process to ensure that the final product meets the desired standards. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration processes and data management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
At least 2 end to end implementation experiences. Experience with brownfield implementation. Good exposure to analyzing issues and come up with solution. Good Exposure to MRP Live and Classic MRP
Skills Required:
Expertise in MRP Live and MRP Areas, with a strong focus on using MRP Dispatcher to transition back to classic MRP.
Proficient in implementing MRP Cockpit Fiori Apps.
Hands-on experience in migrating MRP functionality from ECC to S/4 HANA.
