Required | Accountant (Operations & Finance)

We are seeking a versatile Accountant to manage the dual responsibilities of financial record-keeping and operational support. This role is central to our efficiency, covering everything from daily bookkeeping to inventory tracking and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage daily journals, sales/purchase entries, and bank reconciliations. Ensure GST and TDS compliance.
- Purchase Management: Handle the full procurement cycle—raising Purchase Orders (POs), negotiating with vendors, and verifying invoices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records for laboratory and engineering supplies; conduct periodic physical audits to prevent stockouts.
- Clerical & Admin: Maintain digital/physical filing systems, manage office correspondence, and provide general administrative support to the engineering team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, BBA or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in a similar role (Accounting + Operations).
- Software: Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
- The "Plus" Factor: Direct experience with Zoho Books is a major advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
