Provis Technologies is looking for a Post Sales Business Analyst to work closely with clients and internal delivery teams after project confirmation. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, coordinating with developers and QA teams, managing project documentation, handling requirement changes, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications while maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project handover documents received from the Pre-Sales team.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clarify functional queries raised by development and testing teams.
- Manage requirement changes and prepare change request documentation.
- Conduct regular client meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items.
- Support sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release planning.
- Review completed features and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure project documentation is updated and maintained throughout the engagement.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and requirement gaps and communicate them proactively.
- Support successful project delivery by ensuring client expectations are aligned with agreed scope.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Experience working on SaaS, web, mobile, or custom software projects.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Technical Understanding
The candidate should have a basic understanding of:
- Web and Mobile Applications
- SaaS Platforms
- WordPress and Shopify
- React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, and Python
- REST APIs and Third-party Integrations
- Databases and Authentication
- AI-powered applications and Automation workflows
Coding experience is not mandatory but the candidate should be comfortable understanding technical discussions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
- Experience conducting UAT and validating business requirements.
- Basic understanding of release management and change management processes.
