The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking government and private tenders. The role ensures timely submission of accurate tender documents, compliance with tender requirements, and coordination with internal departments to secure business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, State Government portals, and private procurement portals.
- Review tender documents and identify eligibility requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments for required documents and information.
- Manage EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, and other tender-related formalities.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, and correspondence.
- Track tender status, bid openings, and award notifications.
- Prepare comparative statements and tender reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding tender clarifications and documentation.
- Support contract execution and post-award documentation activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
