Job Title: React.js Developer (2+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a talented and proactive React.js Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in React.js, excellent problem-solving skills, and the confidence to communicate directly with clients. We are looking for someone who can work independently, understand project requirements quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, scalable, and optimized components.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Apply AI-assisted and vibe coding practices to accelerate development while maintaining high coding standards.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and React Router.
- Good understanding of Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- Experience with REST API integration using Axios or Fetch.
- Strong understanding of responsive web development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
AI & Modern Development Skills
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) for faster development and debugging.
- Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
Soft Skills
