Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
Lead the overall financial strategy of the organization. Support management in strategic business planning and decision-making.
2. Project Finance & Fundraising
Manage project financing requirements for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions for fundraising activities.
3. Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor cash flows and ensure efficient utilization of funds.
4. Investor & Stakeholder Relations
Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial stakeholders. Present financial performance and business plans to stakeholders when required.
5. Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Oversee GST, Income Tax, audits, and other regulatory compliances.
6. Risk Management & Governance
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures. Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and reporting systems.
7. Business Growth & Profitability
Drive profitability through financial analysis and cost optimization. Provide strategic recommendations for business expansion and growth.
8. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor finance, accounts, and compliance teams. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Qualification:
CA (Mandatory) MBA Finance M.Com Strong experience in finance leadership roles
