We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in a shopping mall environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, generating sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Process billing and maintain sales records if required.
Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
