Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct site visits and assist in project execution activities.
· Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
· Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description – Landscape Architect (1–2 Years Experience)
Position: Landscape Architect
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification:
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop landscape concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
· Prepare planting plans, hardscape designs, and landscape specifications.
· Create 2D and 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams during design and execution.
· Conduct site analysis, site inspections, and project monitoring.
· Assist in the selection of plant materials, landscape elements, and outdoor amenities.
· Ensure project delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, or related design software.
· Knowledge of landscape design principles, plant materials, and site planning.
· Strong visualization and presentation skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred:
· Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or urban landscape projects.
· Portfolio showcasing completed landscape design work.
