Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with Interior Design knowledge to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, interior layouts, and coordinating with the project team for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, and working drawings
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning
- Prepare 3D views and presentations for client approvals
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and project requirements
- Visit project sites for design supervision and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- 2–5 years experience in architecture and interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or 3Ds Max
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furniture layouts
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
- Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills
- Ability to handle both architectural and interior design tasks
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
