Job Summary
We are seeking an ERP Coordinator with expertise in Zoho Creator/ ERP Next to oversee the development, customization, and maintenance of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and software solutions, serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and our Zoho implementation partner. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage technical aspects, understand business workflows, and ensure that the ERP system aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Zoho partner to ensure the ERP system is designed and implemented as per business requirements.
- Document workflows, business processes, and system requirements.
- Validate and test features delivered by the partner to ensure they meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Act as the point of contact between the business team and the Zoho partner.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Provide regular updates on project status and key milestones.
- Oversee post-implementation maintenance and minor customizations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Train internal teams on using the ERP effectively.
- Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries and issues.
- Develop user manuals and guides for staff.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Ensure the ERP system is scalable and adaptable to future needs.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably Zoho Creator.
- Strong understanding of business processes in [specify your industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, etc.].
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of database management and workflows.
- Basic programming skills (Deluge scripting or other languages) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
