Key Responsibilities
- Academic Planning: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and extracurricular activities to meet their graduation and career goals.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests through aptitude tests and personal interviews.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student academic performance, identify struggling students, and provide targeted interventions.
- Career and Higher Education Guidance: Inform students about university admission processes, competitive exams, and future career prospects.
- Conflict Resolution: Address personal, social, or behavioral issues that negatively impact a student's performance, offering counseling or referrals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential records of student interactions, progress, and assessments.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
