About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our field sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting our solar solutions, and achieving sales targets. Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and build customer relationships.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Plus Two with relevant sales experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
