- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Manage stock efficiently and report inventory requirements on time.
- Reduce food wastage through proper storage, portion control, and preparation.
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Work efficiently during peak hours and late-night shifts.
- Follow food safety standards and coordinate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.
