Role Description
The Systems & Network Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, and cloud services. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and security of IT systems while providing technical support for business operations. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement and maintain robust IT infrastructure and security practices.
Desired Experience
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in System and Network Administration.
- Strong experience in managing enterprise TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network security concepts, LAN/WAN environments, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
- Experience in administering Windows and Linux servers in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
- Experience in configuring and managing firewalls, endpoint security, and data protection solutions.
- Exposure to network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools.
- Experience in IT infrastructure support within manufacturing, engineering, or corporate environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, routing & switching protocols
- Administer and support Firewalls, DLP, Endpoint Security Solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot Network performance using tools like Wireshark
- Manage Windows & Linux Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Administer Microsoft O365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
