We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven Career Counsellor who is passionate about student guidance, admissions, sales, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on higher education opportunities in India.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable colleges, universities, and courses.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos to promote Eduwings International.
- Participate in educational seminars, career guidance programs, school visits, and admission campaigns.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Passion for career counselling and helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Ability to create engaging Reels, Shorts, or social media content.
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is an added advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in:
