We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive who can connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
- Introduce Evence's IT services and solutions.
- Identify client requirements and business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily call records and lead status.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Confident speaking and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
