Job Description:
Travelgar Travel India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves understanding customer travel requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, and converting potential leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Promote domestic and international travel packages and services.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, packages, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-driven approach with excellent customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in travel sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,003.13 - ₹50,511.38 per month
