We are looking for an experienced Interior Works In-Charge / Supervisor to manage and supervise the execution of interior finishing works at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise day-to-day interior works at site.
- Coordinate and supervise carpentry, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, modular works, wall finishes and other interior activities.
- Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, painters, electricians, plumbers and other interior subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications and timelines.
- Check quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, finishing and workmanship at every stage.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements and productivity.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage and minimize wastage and rework.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer and design/architectural team regarding site requirements and changes.
- Maintain daily progress reports and track work completion.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping and compliance with safety requirements and PPE.
- Identify execution issues and resolve them promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare and close snag lists and ensure timely completion of finishing works.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
