Hiring: Access Control Manager (IT/OT Security)

We are looking for an experienced Access Control Manager to oversee identity and access management (IAM), privileged access, and user access governance across IT and OT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete user access lifecycle, including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning.
Administer and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and controls.
Perform user access reviews, recertifications, and privileged access management.
Ensure compliance with security policies, least privilege principles, and segregation of duties (SoD).
Conduct onboarding and offboarding access activities.
Maintain accurate access documentation, audit records, and approval workflows.
Support internal and external security audits.
Collaborate with IT, OT, HR, and business teams to ensure secure access management.
Drive continuous improvements in access governance processes.

5+ years in IT Infrastructure Management
3–5 years in IT/OT Security Management
Hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and access governance.
