We are looking for a responsible and energetic Floor Assistant / Store All-Rounder for our musical instrument shop. The ideal candidate should handle day-to-day store operations, assist customers, manage stock, and support sales activities. Knowledge or interest in music instruments is a strong advantage.
- Assist daily shop floor activities and ensure smooth store operations
- Attend customers, explain products, and assist in product selection
- Handle sales billing, orders, and basic cash/UPI transactions
- Maintain stock, receive new items, and coordinate inventory
- Ensure instruments are handled safely and displayed properly
- Handle basic customer complaints and service coordination
- Support online orders, packing, and dispatch when required
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store
