Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and business development for our solar energy projects in the Kollam region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field sales, customer relationship management, and project coordination within the renewable energy or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Generate leads through direct field sales, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their energy requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar, electrical, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates from Kollam District will be given preference.
