Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and customize applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID servers.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Orchestration, and Automation workflows.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and platform best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management workflows.
- Configure HRSD to improve employee service experiences.
- Build ITOM capabilities such as Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
- 5+ years handson ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM modules.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow configurations.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Orchestration
