About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious MBA graduates to join our team as Franchise Managers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in franchise operations, business development, relationship management, and sales strategy while working closely with franchise partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support assigned franchise partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor franchise performance and assist in achieving business targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with franchise partners regarding sales, operations, and customer service.
- Identify business growth opportunities and help franchisees increase revenue.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve franchise-related concerns.
- Assist in onboarding and training new franchise partners.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Travel to franchise locations as required for audits, meetings, and support activities.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Management, or related specialization).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel when required.
