- Appoint and manage distributors and super stockists across Bihar and North Bengal
- Build the retail beat in general trade, focused on kirana and wholesale
- Deliver monthly primary and secondary sales targets
- Recruit, train and lead a field sales team
- Execute retailer schemes and trade promotions
- Manage outstandings, credit discipline and stock rotation
- Track competitor pricing, blends and schemes
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
