As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time analyzing model performance, refining parameters, and ensuring the models meet the desired objectives. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and troubleshooting challenges that arise during development are integral parts of the daily routine. Continuous innovation and adaptation to emerging research in natural language processing are also key aspects of the role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications.
- Ensure alignment of model development with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and toolkits.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to improve model accuracy.
- Familiarity with training models on unlabeled text data and unsupervised learning methods.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and fine-tuning complex machine learning models.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
