Job Description: Bakery Production Manager
Position Overview:
The Bakery Production Manager oversees daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality production, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. They lead the production team, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.
Supervise and train bakery staff, ensuring optimal performance.
Maintain quality standards and ensure food safety compliance.
Manage inventory and coordinate supply procurement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in bakery production, with managerial experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience preferred.
Work Conditions:
Fast-paced environment with early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed.
