We are seeking an energetic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain services, and support the sales team in customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Handle customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products/services over phone
Generate and follow up on leads
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain call records and customer database
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and follow scripts
Experience in telecalling/BPO is preferred
Preferred Skills
Fluency in English/Hindi/regional language

Listening and persuasion skills
