ROLE OVERVIEW
Shivam Video is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support its Talent Acquisition function. This is a hands-on internship designed to give exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations within a fast-paced Audio-Visual, Events, and Production environment. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support hiring across technical, operations, creative, warehouse, logistics, and support functions.
This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment, candidate management, and HR coordination while contributing to meaningful hiring outcomes at Shivam Video.
Location - Delhi (On-site) — Candidates must reside within a 15 km radius of the office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Job Posting & Sourcing
- Assist in drafting and publishing job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and others
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referral networks
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring and upcoming roles
2. Resume Screening & Shortlisting
- Review and screen incoming applications against defined job requirements
- Prepare shortlisted candidate lists for review by the HR team and hiring managers
- Maintain an organized applicant tracking log with current application statuses
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates and interviewers
- Send interview invites, confirmations, and reminders to candidates and panel members
- Coordinate availability of interviewers across departments including AV operations, content, warehouse, and support teams
4. Candidate Communication & Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Keep candidates informed about application status, next steps, and feedback timelines
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience that reflects Shivam Video's professional standards
5. Onboarding Support
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment documents, and joining kits for selected candidates
- Support the pre-joining coordination process including documentation collection and verification
- Help facilitate smooth induction and onboarding for new hires
6. Recruitment Data & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records of open positions, applications received, and interview outcomes
- Track basic recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and interview-to-offer ratios
- Prepare recruitment status reports and summaries for internal HR review
7. General HR Support
- Assist with HR documentation, file management, and administrative tasks as required
- Support the team during high-volume hiring periods and large-scale event-based recruitment drives
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed is an advantage
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
