Job Summary:
The RO Plant Maintenance Executive is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to ensure uninterrupted water treatment processes. The role involves routine servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining optimal plant performance while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor RO plants, ensuring efficient performance and water quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance activities such as filter cleaning, membrane flushing, and chemical dosing.
- Conduct daily checks of pressure, flow rates, and TDS levels (raw, reject, and product water).
- Identify and troubleshoot issues such as pressure fluctuations, leakages, and system failures.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain records of service reports, maintenance logs, and operational parameters.
- Handle replacement of consumables like cartridge filters, membranes, and valves.
- Ensure proper backwashing and rinsing of filters as per maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients for site visits and service updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the plant area.
- Support installation and commissioning of new RO systems when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in RO/WTP plant operations and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot pumps, valves, pipelines, and control systems.
- Familiarity with TDS meters, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.

Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to handle emergency service calls.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
