Job Summary
DNC Chits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recovery Executive to manage overdue collections, ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in recovery, collections, or financial services and be capable of handling field visits and customer negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for overdue installments through telephone calls and field visits.
- Collect outstanding payments within the assigned timeline.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets and minimize overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment commitments and follow up until recovery is completed.
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace for collection activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, collections, and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Recovery Manager regarding difficult or high-risk cases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring effective recovery.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recovery, Collections, Chit Fund, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recovery targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Willingness to travel for field recovery activities.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
